This week, the company organized a field training session for new employees, leading them on a tour of the glass processing workshop and packaging department. The aim was to give them a comprehensive understanding of padel court glass manufacturing, quality control, and packaging standards.
This training is a mandatory requirement for all new employees, ensuring they gain first-hand knowledge of our products and fully understand the importance of quality and service from the very beginning.
In-Depth Study of Padel Court Glass Processing
During the workshop visit, new employees were introduced to the complete processing flow of tempered glass for padel courts, including key quality control requirements at each stage:
- Glass cutting to the required dimensions of 1995mm × 2995mm, ensuring a precise fit during installation
- Flat polished edges for safe handling and smooth installation
- Countersunk holes, designed for secure connection to metal structures or adjacent glass panels
- Full tempering process, significantly improving glass strength and impact resistance to meet professional padel court standards
Through on-site demonstrations and technical explanations, employees gained a clear and practical understanding of glass processing accuracy, tolerance control, and production quality management.
Padel Glass Packaging Standards for Safe Transportation
The training continued in the packaging workshop, where employees learned the strict packaging requirements for padel court glass, especially for long-distance sea transportation. Proper packaging is essential to reduce risks such as mold, surface scratches, and breakage.
Key packaging measures include:
- Glass panels packed in safe wooden boxes with reinforced corner guards
- Cork pads or anti-mold paper placed between each piece of glass to prevent scratches and mold during transportation
- All padel glass panels fully wrapped with PE film to protect against moisture
This session reinforced the understanding that product quality extends beyond manufacturing and includes packaging, logistics, and final delivery.
