This week, a Greek padel court client appointed its China representative to visit Qingdao Migo Glass Co., Ltd (MIGO GLASS) for an on-site inspection of 12mm tempered padel court glass. This marks the first cooperation between MIGO GLASS, as a China-based padel court glass supplier, and the customer.
Comprehensive Quality Inspection of Padel Court Glass
The inspection focused on the quality and processing details of the padel court glass. Key inspection items included:
- Glass dimension inspection: Measuring length, width, and diagonal to ensure compliance with specified tolerance ranges
- Glass thickness inspection: Verifying thickness according to project requirements
- Glass flatness inspection: Ensuring surface flatness meets padel court application standards
- Fragmentation test for tempered glass: Confirming tempering safety performance and compliance with relevant standards
During the inspection, quality control staff took on-site photos and prepared a complete Quality Inspection Report, which will be submitted to the customer for final approval.
Production Line Tour and Packaging Demonstration
After the inspection, the client's representative toured the production lines, including glass cutting, edge grinding, drilling, and tempering, gaining a clear understanding of MIGO GLASS's manufacturing capabilities.
The visit concluded with a detailed introduction and on-site demonstration of padel court glass packaging procedures, highlighting protective measures designed to reduce the risk of breakage and scratches during transportation.
