The event provided an opportunity for employees from different departments to learn about the festival's history, experience a traditional custom, and enjoy time together outside the workplace.
Sharing a Traditional Chinese Culture
The Dragon Boat Festival has a history of more than 2,000 years and is widely celebrated across China. One of the most well-known traditions is making and eating zongzi, a traditional rice dumpling wrapped in bamboo leaves.
During the activity, team members learned how to prepare and wrap zongzi by hand. While some employees were already familiar with the tradition, others experienced it for the first time.
The event created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, with colleagues sharing techniques, helping each other, and enjoying the festive spirit together.
